BYSSI has partnered with the Brampton Library and ResQ in creating a collaborative event for Black History Month. Please join us on February 15, 2022 at 7:00-8:30pm in an evening full of education, fun, music and special guest, Chef Horace Spence, who will be showing us how to prepare ackee and saltfish with fried dumplings, Jamaica’s National Dish.
